What does a PRO actually do?

A PRO (Public Relations Officer) handles a company's transactions with UAE government departments — preparing and submitting applications, following them through the relevant authority, and keeping licences, visas and permits valid as they come up for renewal. TRUVIS performs this coordination on your behalf; the authority processes and decides each transaction.

Does TRUVIS issue visas, Emirates IDs or licences?

No. TRUVIS prepares, submits and follows up on applications and coordinates with the relevant authorities and their service centres. The licence, visa, Emirates ID or permit is issued by the competent government authority, which also decides the outcome. We are a licensed corporate-services provider, not a government body or an official government channel.

Can TRUVIS handle government transactions in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai?

Yes. We support clients across the UAE. Federal channels such as MOHRE/Tasheel, ICP and MOFA apply nationwide, while some channels are emirate-specific — for example Abu Dhabi's TAMM and Tawtheeq, or Dubai's DET, GDRFA and Ejari. We coordinate with the channel relevant to your emirate and activity.

Is it better to outsource PRO services or hire an in-house PRO?

It depends on how much government admin you have. An outsourced arrangement gives you a team that works across departments and stays current with procedures, without the recruitment, salary and management overhead of a permanent hire — which many SMEs prefer. How long do government transactions take?

Timelines vary by authority, transaction type and how complete the documents are. We give you a realistic expectation at the outset and prepare submissions thoroughly to prevent avoidable delays, but processing times and approvals are determined by the authority — we do not promise a specific date or guarantee an outcome.

Can TRUVIS help with the Golden Visa or long-term residency?

Yes. We advise on whether a long-term route such as the Golden Visa is likely to fit your circumstances and coordinate the application with the relevant authority. Eligibility is assessed and the visa is granted by the authority, not by TRUVIS, so we do not guarantee approval.
